Physical Education 9-12

This program centers its focus on fitness activities and recreational sports including aerobic activities, walking, stair-climbing, canoeing, skiing, skating, hiking, swimming, and camping.   Theory is provided in such topics as orienteering, outdoor survival skills, health, and first aid/natural remedies.   The program is integrated with school activities, and its main goal is a lifelong habit of personal fitness and enjoyment of the opportunities God has provided in His wonderful creation.
