Cafeteria
The bell rings and the cafeteria workers grab their aprons and begin work. One person starts off by wiping all the tables, sweeping and washing floors, refilling napkin holders, and straightening chairs. As they are busy doing that, another person sprays all the large dishes, and sets them aside for another person to scrub clean.
The person spraying then hand washes all the bowls, plates, and silverware and then puts them through the dishwasher to make sure they are super clean! When finished they wash the counter and clean out the sink. Meanwhile the person washing the dishes has been hard at work scrubbing dishes clean, drying them, and putting them away. Another person empties garbage, cleans the cafeteria bathroom, and does other odd jobs.
When everyone finishes their assigned job, Mrs. Bol, the cook, puts each person to work washing fruit and vegetables, peeling potatoes, making food, and other odd jobs that need to be done.
Working in the cafe is hard work, but it can be alot of fun if your attitude is right. It certainly builds character, which is the purpose of our school.
